Welcome to Research 2 Impact

Who We Are

We are a research consulting practice that helps organizations, philanthropists, and policymakers leverage data and stories to drive social impact. Our work elevates important social policy issues, informs public policy, and guides the design and development of programs that have the potential to advance social and economic equality.

Our Focus

Our focus is on social policy issues disproportionately impacting women, people of color, and people from other historically marginalized groups. We believe in the power of data and stories and use both to deliver compelling insights that can be leveraged by our clients to drive social impact.

Who We Help

We work with clients from a variety of sectors including corporations, nonprofit organizations, philanthropists, and policymakers who have an interest in or a need for research to inform or measure their social impact work.

Why We Do This

We’re data nerds, but we know that not everyone understands how to or has the capacity to gather and analyze data to answer the important questions they have. At the same time, data and research are crucial in order to inform the development of policies and programs that can combat social and economic inequality. We love combining our passion for data and research with your passion for social policy issues to drive change.

Our Services

  • We develop and execute plans to answer all of our clients’ important research questions and deliver compelling content that they can use to drive change.

  • We serve as a thought partner for clients who are conducting their own research or developing their own policies or programs.

  • We help organizations maximize the effectiveness of current and future data collection efforts.

  • We help program leaders develop pre-program surveys and post-program surveys, collect and analyze data, and gather stories from their participants and use this to help them tell the story of their impact.

  • We provide research and data support for organizations, advocates, and policymakers evaluating the costs and benefits of different policy options.
